KKOS Lawyers is Setting Up My IRA/LLC, Now What?

We have streamlined the processes for establishing and making your initial investment into an IRA/LLC.

After completing the IRA/LLC Intake form, our office receives it and reviews it for missing information that may be needed. Once the document is in good order, it is forwarded on to KKOS Lawyers.  A paralegal at KKOS Lawyers will reach out to you within 3 business days to schedule your attorney consultation, if you elected for one.  Within 3-5 business days, KKOS Lawyers will have the IRA/LLC documents to you for signature.  Once you've signed the documents, they must go to the State for filing - this step can take up to a week.  Once the documents have been filed with the State, the paralegal at KKOS Lawyers will obtain an EIN for your LLC, and send the finalized documents directly to our investments team.  Our investments team will then reach out to you to fund your IRA/LLC.
