Your account must be opened for 24 hours before you can access your Directed IRA Portal.
After 24 hours, you may setup your client portal account via the following LINK. Select “New User” in the top right corner and enter your email address. Check your SPAM/Junk Email folder. You will then be prompted to verify your account number/account code (provided in your welcome email) and the last 4 of your social security number. The client portal is where you can view your account and where your account statements are delivered and stored.
